I knew that I wanted to incorporate a deep relaxation practice into the work that I do in eating disorder recovery with my clients. Over the weeks I have felt more confident in this practice. My intention is to do some one to one yoga nidras with my clients as well as opening this up to people in my community to be able to offer group on line sessions and then incorporate in to body image workshops helping individuals to feel more connected to and grounded in their body and being able to offer them a deep relaxtion practice to take away and help them calm their nervous system. I have really enjoyed the course experiencing other people's yoga nidras and giving myself the time and space to be able to experience this practice. Julia's teaching has been great and encouraging and my fellow trainees a pleasure to work with.

I am delighted to invite you to join me for Yoga Nidra & Circle Holding Training. I have been sharing yoga nidra & circle holding practices for over 20 years. This training will give you the skills to create your own unique yoga nidra. Create the building blocks of yoga nidra piece by piece so you can take or leave aspects of the practice in your sharing of deep relaxation. You will learn how to use circle holding skills so that you have the ability to share this practice in both one to one and group settings.
